The Franklin Square Community Association (FSCA) is a resident-led nonprofit dedicated to uplifting life in West Baltimore’s historic Franklin Square neighborhood. We believe in the power of connection, collaboration, and community pride.
Through monthly meetings, neighborhood events, and grassroots initiatives, FSCA brings together residents, business owners, faith leaders, and local advocates to shape the future of our community. Whether we’re discussing city services, celebrating local talent, or launching new projects, our goal is simple: to make Franklin Square a place where everyone feels proud to live, work, and grow.
